Group discount
Together with our popular early bird discount we offer a group discount again this year. Are you running a dance school, a Salsa company or a club and you would like to join us with your students at Salsa on the Beach?
If you register as a group we will give you a discount of EUR 15,- per person on the valid price.
The group must consist of at least 20 people (full paying adults) who register at the same time via our website.
The group discount applies to each room category and a one-off EUR 15.00 per person (regardless of whether you are staying in a single, double, triple or four-bed room) will be deducted.
The organizer of the group gives his fellow travelers a promo code, which must be entered in the "Voucher code" field when each participant makes a booking. The organizer will receive this promo code from the organizer in advance. So if you are interested just get one e-mail send and request a promo code!
The booking can either be made by the organizer himself or by each participant individually. In any case, the booking of all persons in the group must be made at the same time (within 24 hours) and contain all the required data for each participant. Depending on the booked room category, the first specified participant will then receive the invoice for the booked room and thus also for his fellow travelers. The invoice amount is payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
In the case of cancellation of individual participants in the group, our cancellation conditions apply. At the start of the trip, however, the group size must be at least 20 people. If this minimum number of participants is not reached, the right to the group discount is forfeited and this (EUR 15 per person) will also be billed afterwards!
We only accept "real groups" as group bookings who live in the vicinity of the organizer and have actually been acquired by him for Salsa on the Beach. We reserve the right to accept group bookings at any time.

We would be happy to support you as the organizer of a group in the best possible way

We provide a flyer to market the event free of charge and will send you up to 300 copies to you via mail if you wish. Just contact us via email.

Download our web banner and implement it on your own website.

Promote Salsa on the Beach and your group on your Facebook page and invite friends to join.

Show your friends, students or club members our films and clips from the last few years. You can find them on our YouTube channel.

To advertise the event on your website or on your Facebook page, you are welcome to use extracts from texts from our website as well as our pictures (with picture credits: salsaonthebeach.at).
If you have a group (at least 20 people) for Salsa on the Beach 2024 organize or book, you as the organizer for your support and application will receive a credit of EUR 5 as a thank you per booked participant for your own participation!
For example: if you have 20 people, you will receive a one-off EUR 100 for your participation in Salsa on the Beach 2024 credited; for 30 people e.g. EUR 150, - etc.
The credit is not transferable and cannot be given in cash. The credit amount can only be redeemed for Salsa on the Beach 2024.
