Terms
1. General:
These general terms and conditions apply to the "Salsa on the Beach" event organized by TKM Eventmanagement KG, Austraße 21, 6200 Jenbach (hereinafter referred to as "TKM") from 10.-12.5.2024 in Bibione Palace Spa Hotel (Bibione/Italy).
2. Order:
All orders - whether by fax, e-mail or online booking (Internet) are binding. When ordering via the Internet, the shopping area provides a registration form that must be filled out completely. Before submitting, you must agree to these terms and conditions. The contract is concluded immediately after the customer has actively clicked on "place order". Within approx. 5 working days, the customer will receive a confirmation/invoice as a PDF by e-mail from the organizer TKM. The reduced participation price for early bird only applies if the order is placed and the invoice amount is paid within the stated deadlines. If you book via email or fax, an additional processing fee of EUR 20 will be charged.
3. Payment:
All bookings have to be paid within 7 days of invoice date strictly net via credit transfer to the nominated bank account. If the outstanding amount is not paid in time, you forfeit possible discounts (for example early bird discount, etc.)! Once the invoice was sent, TKM will not send any further confirmations (like payment confirmation).
4. Services:
Included in the attendance fee are accommodation (single room, double room, 3- or 4-bed rooms), all workshops and parties as well as full board including drinks (soft-drinks) at meal times in the dining hall as specified in the program/services list. If you book a Non-Salsa package (for accompanying persons) only the hotel and the parties are included, but not the workshops. The journey to and from Bibione and other additional services (for example local tourist tax, drinks, telephone, etc.) are not included.
5. Cancellation / No-Show / Rebooking:
According to § 18 para. 1 Z 10 FAGG, customers have no right of withdrawal.
In the event of a cancellation by the applicant/participant, this is only possible in writing (by email to info@salsaonthebeach.at or letter to TKM Eventmanagement KG). The cancellation fee is a percentage of the total price (according to the invoice) and depends on the amount at the time of the declaration of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
up to 60th day before beginning of event...................25 %
from 59th to 30th day before beginning of event.......50 %
from 29th day before beginning of event.................100 %
If a participant who was originally sharing a room with another participant cancels, the remaining participant has to carry the additional costs arising from the booking changes (for example from a triple to a double room).
If you do not check in by 6 p.m. on the first day of the event and the participant does not inform us of a "Late Arrival" (i.e. arrival after 6 p.m.) at least 7 days before the start of the event, we will classify this as a "no-show" and it will automatically expire the room for the entire length of stay. Furthermore, we charge a 100% cancellation fee in the event of a "no-show". The cancellation fee is payable within 7 days of cancellation to the bank account specified by TKM. In the event of a rebooking (e.g. name change) we charge a flat rate of EUR 40 per rebooking up to 7 days before arrival. From the 6th day before arrival, a name change counts as a cancellation and new booking. The cancellation fees specified above apply.
6. Minimum number of participants:
The minimum number of participants for "Salsa on the Beach" is 90 people.
7. Registration deadline:
The registration deadline is May 3, 2024, 12:00 p.m.
8. Event cancellation, changes, refunds:
If you join the event later or leave the event early, there is no discount. If the event is canceled by TKM (e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached, etc.), the amount paid can be returned up to two months after the planned event date for a refund in the same way it was paid. In the event of a postponement by TKM, all bookings remain valid and remain valid for a possible replacement date. We reserve the right to make changes to the cast or program (dance teachers, workshops, etc.) at any time. In the event of cancellation, postponement, program or cast changes, the participants will not be reimbursed for any expenses (e.g. travel, hotel, processing fees, etc.).
9. Collection, use:
All tickets for Salsa on the Beach are only issued directly at the TKM check-in on site. The check-in at the Hotel Bibione Palace is open on the first day of the event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wristbands will be issued for attending the workshops and parties. These must be worn on the wrist throughout the event and may not be removed. Once a wristband is removed or cut, it is no longer valid and free replacement wristbands cannot be provided. If a control wristband is handed over/attached again, a flat rate of EUR 250 will be collected in cash on site. Claims for damages resulting from lost or removed tickets (control wristbands) can therefore not be accepted by TKM. With the registration/booking, the registrant expressly accepts the house rules of the Hotel Bibione Palace for himself and all registered persons in addition to these General Terms and Conditions.
10. Liability:
The registrant and all other participants registered by him expressly acknowledge that neither Hotel Bibione Palace nor TKM assumes any liability. Attending all workshops and parties during the event is at your own risk! for events Injuries or damage are the sole responsibility of the applicant/participant.
Until I revoke my consent to TKM Eventmanagement KG at any time, I agree that all correspondence in connection with my registration/booking can be sent to the e-mail address I have provided and that notifications/emails from TKM Eventmanagement KG are deemed to have been received apply when sent to the email address provided in the booking.
11. Privacy:
The applicant acknowledges that the data provided electronically by TKM will be processed electronically for the purpose of processing the contract and passed on to the hotel. With his registration/booking for the event, he expressly agrees that he would like to receive information material from TKM by e-mail in the future. The customer is made aware that this consent can be revoked at any time.
12. Photography & film/copyright and right of use:
TKM points out that the event will be photographed and filmed. The film and the photos of all persons present (participants, visitors, artists, employees, etc.) will be published and event. also available for purchase. At the same time, the film and photos are also used for PR, promotion and advertising purposes (e.g. various websites, Facebook and other social media channels, folders, flyers, press releases, TV and cinema spots, etc.) by TKM and the Thomas advertising and event agency K. Müller used. By registering for Salsa on the Beach, the registrant/participant expressly agrees to the publication of the photos and film recordings he/she has taken – free of charge.
13. Scope, place of jurisdiction, law:
Austrian law applies - the place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Schwaz.
