Time to say goodbye!

It is not easy for me to write these lines, because it marks the end of a very important chapter in my life - and at the same time the beginning of a new one.

As many of you know, I have always organized and run Salsa on the Beach in Bibione with all my heart and dedication. Unfortunately, however, a serious illness has forced me to retire from active professional life for the time being.

Due to my previous and upcoming treatments, I currently lack the strength and time to continue to be there for you and to ensure that Salsa on the Beach remains the wonderful, all-round feel-good dance experience that we all love so much.

It is a decision that is incredibly difficult for me - because my greatest motivation was and is to organize this wonderful event for and with you.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you:

• THANK YOU for your loyalty, some of you for two decades.

• THANK YOU for being there - you have made Salsa on the Beach a place full of joy among friends.

• THANK YOU to all the trainers for your reliability, professionalism and motivating manner, which inspired everyone, not only in terms of dancing but also as people.

• THANK YOU to the Hotel Bibione Palace for the excellent accommodation, catering and warm support - the best (business) partners you could wish for.

• THANK YOU to all the DJs, technicians, staff, helpers and my family for their constant support.

• Simply a huge THANK YOU that I could always count on all of you and rely on you!

Every change, every farewell, also brings a new opportunity.

And it is with great pleasure that I can now tell you that my farewell will not be the end of Salsa on the Beach, because ...

Conny und Dado are taking over the event and are bringing a breath of fresh air to Salsa on the Beach with new ideas, new energy and a great team.

They are already busy planning - there will be exciting innovations, the tried and tested will be retained and perhaps even optimized and at the same time the two professionals will provide new impulse. They are giving all to create a terrific Salsa on the Beach feeling for you at the Hotel Bibione Palace.

I am full of confidence that my heart project is in the very best hands with them and wish Conny and Dado every success and lots of fun for you all at Salsa on the Beach. Please give them the trust you have placed in me over the years and keep booking.

Who knows, maybe the good lord will be kind to me and I'll be able to attend next year as an onlooker.

For your smiles, your enthusiastic faces, for your loyalty, for the enriching conversations in Bibione - for all this and more, I would like to thank you once again from the bottom of my heart. All these things have made this event my mission and my joy - I will always remember and be eternally grateful for that.

Stay healthy, curious and open to what is to come and I hope that our paths may cross again one day.
