Up-to-date information for participants

For all our participants we did a summary of the most important informations around "Salsa on the Beach"!

At Salsa on the Beach (almost) everything is included. Aside from accommodation in the 4-star Hotel Bibione Palace, full board, all workshops and parties all participants also receive non-alcoholic drinks like water, lemonade and Coke from the self-serving bar with your meals (lunch and dinner) FOR FREE. Other drinks as well as alcoholic drinks have to be paid for. Full board starts on Thursday with dinner.

“Salsa on the Beach” is going to be held at Bibione Palace Suite Hotel, Via Taigete, 20, 30020 Bibione (VE), ITALY. You can find a route planner here.

When you arrive at the hotel (you can park in the underground car park for free) please go directly to our “Salsa on the Beach” Check-In (TKM), which is located to the left of the entrance in the hotel lobby and is open from 11 am to 4 pm. There you will get some more information and your control bracelets. Only then collect the keys for the rooms at the hotel’s reception desk (otherwise the receptionist will just send you to us anyway). Unfortunately, because we are registered with the hotel as a group it is not possible to make any changes to room bookings. All participants who arrive after 2 pm will receive the above-mentioned documents directly at the hotel’s reception desk.

If you don’t check in on the first day of the event (Friday, 12th May 2017) by 6 pm this will be classified as “no-show” (100% cancellation fee) and you automatically forfeit your room for the duration of your stay! In case of a late arrival please make sure that you notify us in advance via email at the latest by Tuesday, 5th May (if you have not done so yet)!

Should you feel like staying one or two nights longer extensions (directly via TKM) at our discounted rate are only possible if we know about it at the latest by Friday, 5 pm!
If you decide only on Saturday or Sunday that you would like to extend, then you have to pay the higher rates of the hotel and you have to book the extension directly at the reception desk!

Participants who booked an extension night before the event and arrive already on Thursday are asked to check in directly at the hotel reception and will receive the room keys from them. In addition, you also have to check in with TKM (for the event) on Friday between 11 am and 4 pm! There you will receive more information and your control bracelets.


You will receive a printed workshop program from us at check-in at the venue. If the weather is good many of the workshops will be held outdoors. If it is raining or should it be too cold (which we don’t expect) the workshops will move to indoor locations or into the hotel.

On Friday and Saturday feel free to join the latin-party in the evening! Out of consideration for other guests of the hotel we ask you to avoid any unnecessary noise after the parties. The Chill-Out party on Sunday will round off the weekend in a relaxed atmosphere.

The use of the underground car park and the use of the wellness area on the 6th floor for relaxation are free. Because it is not an apartment complex but a first-class hotel you are not allowed to take your own drinks to the workshops and especially also to the parties – no exceptions! We ask you to please honour this request made by the hotel unconditionally!

You can use your room on Sunday until 5 pm if you like. But you have to return the keys to reception and check out at 5 pm at the latest. Should you have booked an extended stay and depart on Monday or Tuesday then check-out is at 10 am at the latest!

we will take photos during the whole event. These can be viewed shortly after on our website. Please note down the date for the group photo on Saturday at 5:20 pm (immediately after the last workshop) at the pool!
