Important info for all participants

For all registered participants we have summarized the most important information at a glance! Please read this information completely before departure.


At Salsa on the Beach (almost) everything is included. Besides the accommodation in the **** Hotel Bibione Palace, the full board and all the workshops, all participants will receive non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda and coke from the self-service bar with the meals (lunch and dinner) in the dining room FREE OF CHARGE. Other, as well as alcoholic beverages are to be paid. Full board starts with dinner on the first day of the event and ends with lunch on the last day of the event. If you would like to have lunch at the hotel on the day of arrival, please inform the reception beforehand and pay extra!


"Salsa on the Beach" will take place at Bibione Palace Spa Hotel, Via Taigete, 20, 30020 Bibione (VE), ITALY. You can find a route planner here.


IMPORTANT: Be sure to take your ticket with you, which you received by e-mail shortly after your booking! The QR code on it must be printed or digitally presented on your cell phone at the event check-in.

After arriving at the hotel (free parking in the underground garage) please come directly to our "Salsa on the Beach" Check-In (TKM), which is located after the entrance on the left side of the hotel lobby and is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There you will receive further information and your control bracelet. Afterwards (otherwise the receptionist will send you back to us) you will get your room key at the reception. Since we are registered as a group, it is not possible to change rooms on the spot! All participants who arrive in the afternoon will receive - when our check-in is closed - the mentioned documents directly at the hotel reception.


On the first Salsa on the Beach day at 2:20pm, we will host a "Meet & Greet" on the pool terrace. We will introduce ourselves and all the instructors, inform you personally about the schedule of the weekend and answer your questions. The welcome drink will also be served during the Meet & Greet!


If you do not check in on the first day of the event by 6 p.m. at the latest, we will consider this as a "no-show" (100% cancellation fee) and you will automatically forfeit your room for the entire duration of your stay! In case of a late arrival please inform us by e-mail at least 3 days before arrival (if not already done)!


Participants who have booked an extra night before the event, please check in directly at the hotel reception and receive the room key there. In addition, on the first day of the event between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., please also check in at TKM (for the event)! There you will get further information and your control wristbands.


A workshop schedule can be found here. You will also get a printed workshop plan from us at the check-in. In good weather the workshops will take place outside. If it rains or is too cold (which we hope it won't be), the workshops will move to covered locations or to the hotel. In order to offer you a certain flexibility, all workshops can be attended without pre-registration.

Participation in the workshops is possible without a mask.


On Friday and Saturday evening you will have the opportunity to perfect your skills in the Fellini hall! On Saturday at 9.30 p.m. we will also present you the shows on the pool terrace. Out of consideration for the other hotel guests, we ask you to avoid unnecessary noise after the parties. The Chill-Out-Party on Sunday will bring the weekend to an end.


You can park for free in the underground garage and also use the wellness area on the 6th floor to relax. As this is not an apartment complex but a first-class hotel, you are not allowed to bring your own drinks to the parties! We ask you to comply with this request from the hotel management!


If you want, you can use your room on Sunday until 5 p.m. However, the key must be handed in and checked out at the reception by 5 p.m. at the latest. Those who have booked an extension and will not return until Monday or Tuesday, have the check-out on the day of departure until 10 a.m. at the latest!


During the event will be photographed and filmed. Pictures and film will then be published on the website and social media (Facebook, Instagram & Co). If someone doesn't want to be on photo or film, we ask you to just "get out of the picture" during the shooting! :-) Thank you! You will find the date for our annual group photo on the pool terrace on the info sheet you will receive on site. At the shows we ask you not to take pictures (with flash), as photos will be taken on our part and also a film, which we will of course be happy to show you on Facebook and our website after the event.


We are of course very happy about every post you make on Facebook or Instagram linking Salsa on the Beach. To ensure that posts about the event are found by everyone, we ask that you use the hashtag #salsaonthebeach!
